Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Operate as a member of the Hacker Success team, performing crowd adds, managing hacker invites, and performing general administrative functions of the role.
- Provide data driven lead groups or cohorts for selection based on platform data.
- Review and critically address expansion needs based on regional statistics and customer need.
- Assist in the recruitment, engagement, and tracking of specific researcher cohorts.
- Assist Researcher Success to implement and track researcher swag programs to support researcher development and growth initiatives.
- Administer background checks and NDAs for researchers to comply with program requirements.
- Help set up and monitor the shipment, processing, and delivery of devices to researchers and Customers.
- Assist internal teams in creating and maintaining verbose, navigable documentation for existing processes, as well as advising on the implementation of new ones.
- Cooperate with different departments where applicable.
Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- 2+ years of experience in performing a wide array of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management software

- Ability to act decisively, independently, and confidently across a wide variety and range of circumstances and situations
- Awareness of personal identification information and data discretion between systems
- Ability to work in alignment with US time zones is preferred. It will be required during training, but may be optional beyond then
- Ability to learn multiple project management tools as needed
