Key Responsibilities
- Documentation Updates:
- Transcribe and update documentation accurately from meeting recordings, ensuring all notes and action items are documented, and information is easily accessible.
- Pentest Report Writing Assistance:
- Collaborate with the pentest team to assist in compiling, writing, and editing pentest reports, ensuring they are completed to the highest standard.
- Quality Assurance Support:
- Participate in the quality assurance process of pentest projects and engagements, ensuring all work is executed to the prescribed standards and client expectations.
- General Operations Assistance:
- Support the Director of ASG Department in executing operational tasks, including but not limited to scheduling, coordination, and administrative support.
- Ad-Hoc Support:
- Take on tasks that fall outside the normal scope of operations, ensuring the team is able to focus on strategic and core operational functions. Act as a personal assistant when required.
Qualifications
- 1 – 2 years Administrative assistant experience with strong organizational and administrative skills
- Solutions Oriented Mindset, and excellent time management
- Maintain account records and finalize processes on a weekly basis
- Keen eye for data accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management software
- Step wise orientation and ability to build out new workflows where needed
- Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to act decisively, independently, and confidently across a wide variety and range of
circumstances and situations - Awareness of personal identification information and data discretion between systems
- Ability to learn multiple project management tools as needed
- Experience and/ or familiarity with Cybersecurity is highly desired
